Injured woman airlifted

A WOMAN was airlifted to Eastbourne DGH after breaking her shoulder on the beach at Cow Gap.


The police helicopter came to her rescue just after 3.50pm on Saturday (May 10).

Fire crews and coastguards also attended the scene.
