Defribrillator for school

RATTON School has been presented with a defibrillator.

It was donated to the school and six members of staff have been trained in how to use
it.
It follows an early day motion being tabled in Parliament urging the government to make automated external defibrillators available in all schools as having them on site are recognised as saving precious minutes before an ambulance arrives and could save a life. (C)
