Coffee morning raises £1,126

A spring coffee morning at Bernhard Baron Cottage Homes in Polegate has raised a total of £1,126.
The money will go to the welfare fund and pay for help with taxi fares and the cost of outings and entertainment.

Residents — many in their 90s — produced their own high quality greeting cards, and also baked hot cross buns and cakes.

There was a bric-a-brac stall and tombola.
