Eastbourne’s Enterprise Centre is undergoing a £250,000 refurbishment - and is keen to attract a new fashion business.

This refit includes all the shop fronts on the ground floor being fitted with large full-length windows and frames painted in Farrow & Ball paint tones.

We are keen to attract the right type of ambitious, professional retailer to join us; specialising in fashion and are offering very generous deals for the right businesses.

As a result of this refurbishment, three new units are available for businesses.

Director Denise Harwood said, “We are keen to attract the right type of ambitious, professional retailer to join us; specialising in fashion and are offering very generous deals for the right businesses.

“It is a very exciting time for the Enterprise Centre. The current redevelopment of Eastbourne town centre along with new Arndale Centre will also bring increased pedestrian footfall right to our door.”

The building was originally a Victorian railway housing and has been a shopping destination for more than 35 years.

The Enterprise Centre has already attracted some traders specialising in quirky gifts and accessories, and hopes to attract more ‘destination shops’ in the future.
