Talk looks at museum’s extraordinary history

THE FRIENDS of the Towner will present speaker Professor Deborah Swallow on July 12 (7.30pm).

Her talk, at Eastbourne College’s Birley Centre, is on The Courtauld Institute – a global leader in art history.

It will tell the story of this extraordinary small gem of a museum which has played a vital part in promoting visual arts worldwide.
