Songs of Praise performer set for St Andrew’s church gig

DANIEL Moult will be giving an organ recital at St Andrew’s United Reformed Church on July 18 (7.30pm).

Fans of the popular TV programme Songs of Praise will recognise him as one or their regular accompanists making frequent appearances at the Royal Albert Hall and at cathedrals up and down the country.

He will perform a varied programme including music by Widor (Marche Pontificale), Listz’s great Fantasia and Fugue, some English romantic pieces and some jazz numbers as well.

Coffee and cream cakes will be served in the interval.

Tickets cost £10.
