BEAT the January blues at the Screaming Blue Murder Comedy Club at the Winter Garden on January 14.

Dan Antopolski returns to Eastbourne to welcome in the New Year and tease the audience with his quick wit and surreal flights of fancy.

Described as unusual, intelligent and edgy, it comes as no surprise that Dan has been invited back to Eastbourne.

Nicky Doody joins in the fun with his satirical routine, offering political and topical jokes for the audience to rip to shreds.

In a claim to fame Nick supported the late Bill Hicks on his final tour of the UK, after Hicks specifically requested the young comedian accompany him.

Then he has made numerous appearances on shows such as Channel Four’s 8 Out Of 10 Cats, ITV2’s Lip Service, BBC Radio 4’s Political Animal and many others.

Completing the line-up is Marian Pashley. Known for her caustic humour and dry delivery Marian is an established comedian and a festival veteran.

She played the lead in BBC Radio 4’s commissioned play No Future in Eternity at the Gilded Balloon and has in previous years appeared in the sell-out sketch show Six Pack, Stand Up Women and performed her first one woman show.

Marian has made various TV and radio appearances and has also written for various projects including The Very World of Milton Jones and Play UK’s Latex Lunch.

The doors open at 8pm, comedy starts at 9pm. Tickets cost £9, call 412000.
