My family would like to say thank you to everyone involved in the wonderful care of my little sister who on April 18 fell 300 ft from Beachy Head.

She is on her way to making a full recovery and my parents would like to thank all the team in ITU and Seaford 1 ward for their fantastic support and care for her throughout her ordeal.
We would also like to thank the rescue team including coastguards Stuart McNab, Ben Calloway and Alan Goodwin who abseiled down to her and rescued her via helicopter. Special thanks also goes to the RNLI for assisting the rescue and the Chaplaincy group, who are still in touch and offering support, which we really apprieciate.
Thank you for all your help.
