I have recently had the second and final phase of the re-modernisation to my flat and I am more and more impressed with the people involved and the superb level of expertise.
Each day they would knock before coming in, and straight away lay down blankets to catch the dust and debris. They were always cheerful and polite and ever aware of my home.
The work was done quickly and with no mess left after them.
I struggle to
say just how impressed I am with my new bathroom and kitchen that will help make things a bit easier. The amount of dust is kept to a minimum while courtesy is kept to a maximum and even if things do not go to plan please don't fret and get stroppy they are human after all and nothing is perfect to work with – uneven floors and crooked walls are a major hindrance. All the upheaval is well worth it because the result is simply stunning. Some of us, like me, have had to put up with the rough kitchen and bathroom since moving into the property, 17½ years in my case, with nothing being replaced or repaired ready for me to move in.
So, bite the bullet and if like me your bathroom and kitchen is ancient say yes to Apollo when they visit you because the whole process from start to finish and beyond with the customer service is just brilliant. They make you feel important. They treat you as though you are important and the result makes you believe that you are important.
I cannot thank you all enough. –
Nigel Hewett, Tenterden Close,
Eastbourne.
