Sobering effect from buses letter
A RECENT letter from the Bournemouth lady had a sobering effect on us. She affirmed that her great town was now suffering after the takeover of its municipal buses by a private firm.
Therefore perhaps we should stop knocking Eastbourne Buses and support them against the new competition. Also, we do not know for sure if Brighton and Hove or Stagecoach are interested in
taking over Eastbourne's company. Perhaps this debate could be widened. – D B Brown, Castle Bolton.
