We are all very pleased to see Renown Cavendish Buses have listened to us.
The new route now covering Town, Langney, Hampden Park (Cade Street), DGH, Old Town, and back to town circular, is much-needed. Before, this side of Hampden Park was cut off, we could not get anywhere without changing. I do hope people will support them and use this route, otherwise we will lose it. Many elderly people have their doctors in Green Street and until now found it hard to get there, so were paying for taxis. Well not any more, a big thank you to Renown. Keep up the good work and may I say how friendly and polite your drivers are. When I spoke to Steve Barnett about the hardship of elderly people getting to their doctors his reply was, "they are not the sort of people needed to keep the buses going." He'll be old one day. – Name and address supplied.
