Well done Monica Corrina-Kavakli, Save the DGH campaign secretary, for her heroic effort to help save full maternity services at the DGH.
Black mark for David Tutt and those councillors for not supporting her indemnity in the proposed legal proceedings - surely not the wish of of the public.

How is it that those who voted against the indemnity, on questionable grounds, used to march so enthusiastically in earlier days under their political banner but have now retreated at the prospect of real battle?

What an unedifying spectacle.

For goodness sake, why can't you people see that your hospital is being downgraded as part of Government policy. Maternity is only the beginning!
