I would like to make your readers aware of various family fun runs that will be taking place throughout the UK from May until October 2008.
Run for The Children is organising 20 three-kilometre family fun runs at venues in the following locations: London, Northampton, Reading, Bristol, Bournemouth, Stockport, Rickmansworth, Towcester, Brighton, Oxford, Hertford, Portsmouth, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Daventry, Windsor, Cheltenham, Guildford, Chichester and Aylesbury.
I will be taking part in the first run, which will take place at Regent's Park, London on Sunday May 18 at 11 am.
I am urging families to show their support by signing up to one of these events, which will be helping to raise money for The Children's Trust, a national charity which provides care, education and therapy for children with multiple disabilities and complex health needs. It's a fun way to get your family active, so please put on your running shoes and sign-up now.
