We often hear moans and groans about our local hospital here in Eastbourne, but I have nothing but praise for them.
I saw my GP in October 2007 with a hip problem and he set the balls in motion.
I saw Mr Armitage in December and was operated on in April 2008 which I thought was good going.
Seaford 2 was the ward I was in and I can say the staff really looked after me and the other patients in their care.
Thanks goes to them.
I was an inpatient from the Tuesday being let home on the Saturday. Sunday I had the visit from the physio with the nurse on the Monday. This is what I call service.
I would thank my GP, Mr Armitage and his team and staff of Seaford 2 not forgetting the nurses and physio at my home. Not forgetting the O/T with its help in providing the esentials. Keep the good work up, God bless all of you. – James (Jim) Woodgate, Thakeray Close, Langney.
