I have found reply prompt I am writing in response to the letter (Herald January 29) criticising Mr Waterson amongst other things, for his lack of response to correspondence.

Confusion on the doorstep? Is this a joke? Life-long Conservative campaigns for the Liberal-Democrats (Eastbourne Herald January 22).

Travel wastes our MP's time Ms Donna Baldwin (Herald 22nd Jan) maintains, under the heading "MP should always be local", that she would prefer her MP to live in the constituency and work from there.

One by one the signs go blank I write to support Sylvia Murphy's letter in last week's Herald regarding the non-working display boards at Eastbourne and Pevensey bus stops.
