Three new volunteers have joined the committee of the Hailsham Old Pavilion Society (HOPS).
Elaine Chapman, Margaret Critchfield and Lorna Mockus have joined those working to raise funds for the Hailsham Pavilion.

Elaine moved to Hailsham 15 years ago and was a supervisor at Emmanuel pre-school for 11 years. She is now involved with the
Girl Guides and runs a Rainbow unit in the town for girls aged five to seven.

She will be looking after the HOPS merchandise.

Margaret has been involved with the Pavilion for a few years now, firstly volunteering as a steward and will now working in the box office twice a week. She will be organising prizes for the successful HOPS raffles.

Lorna is the committee's new secretary.

She is married with three daughters and has lived in Hailsham for nearly 17 years.

Having originally trained as a nurse, she is now an individual needs assistant and governor of a local school.

For more information on HOPS, call the Pavilion on 01323 841414.
