Pub up for sale
A HAILSHAM pub is on the market for a six-figure sum.
Offers for The Bricklayers Arms, in Ersham Road, are being invited in the region of £425,000. The valuation includes all trade fixtures and fittings.
Agent Christie and Co announced last month it had received an offer of £240,000 for the pub but a spokesperson told the Gazette the pub was still on the market.
Any interested parties must submit any higher offers in writing to Christie and Co.
