A BRAND new miniature railway opened at Knockhatch Adventure Park at the weekend.

The steam and diesel powered locomotive, which will haul the trains, took its first journey on Saturday and youngsters entered a competition to give it a name.
Trains will now run every weekend and on Bank Holidays until September, at £1 per trip.
Passengers will take a ride around a 200-metre track through the countryside setting of the park.
Colin Jaggers, owner of Knockhatch, said, "This is an exciting new attraction for this year and we are sure it will prove popular for children and adults alike."
For more information, please call Knockhatch Adventure Park on 442051.
