St Wilfrid's Hospice has receieved a cheque for £473 from Hailsham Young Farmers' Club.
The group raised the money late last year, £308 through selling dung and £165 from carol singing.

Members got involved with fundraising for the hospice in memory of the late Mike Notley, who was a life vice-president of the Hailsham Young Farmers Club and died at St Wilfrid's Hospice.

The money has gone towards a much-needed laptop for use by hospice staff for presentations and educational purposes.

The Hailsham Young Farmers would like to thank all those that supported the dung sale and to those who kindly donated at its carol singing evenings.

St Wilfrid's Hospice is also thankful to all the individuals that supported this fundraising effort, without which the purchase of the laptop would not have been possible.
