The Eastbourne Symphony Orchestra's 28th season continues with its choral concert which takes place for the tenth year in Chichester Cathedral on May 3 at 7.30pm.
The programme includes the first performance of the orchestral version of a requiem by Sir Philip Ledger, Poulenc's Gloria, Britten's National Anthem, Mascagni's Easter Hymn, Wagner's Meistersinger Overture, Salutation from Finzi's Dies Natalis, Delius's Walk to the Paradise Garden and Bizet's Flower Song from Carmen.

The tenor soloist is Mark Le Brocq who won choral scholarships to Eastbourne College and St Catharine's College, Cambridge and went on to study at the Royal Academy of Music and the National Opera Studio.

The soprano soloist is Patricia Rozario OBE who was born in Bombay and studied at London's Guildhall School of Music.
