SEAFORD: Open gardens in aid of the mayor’s charities

TWO Seaford homes are opening their gardens this summer to support the fundraising efforts of Seaford mayor Councillor Linda Wallraven.

The mayor’s open gardens, hosted by Geoff Stonebanks and Mike and Jenny Wright, are at 4 Marine Drive, Bishopstone, on Sunday, August 14, and at White Corner, 80 Sutton Road, Seaford, on Saturday, September 10.

Both are open from 2pm until 5pm and refreshments will be available to purchase. Proceeds will go to the Mayor’s charity Waves - the Seaford based family support service.

Cllr Wallraven said, “I am extremely grateful to Geoff and to Mike and Jenny for supporting my fundraising efforts in this way. Their generosity will help to support vulnerable families in Seaford.”

For more information contact Seaford Town Council on 894870.
