Pupils quiz MP on visit to Westminster

Haven School visited the Houses of Parliament with Eastbourne MP Stephen Lloyd

LITTLE ones from Haven School paid a visit to Westminster this week – courtesy of Eastbourne MP Stephen Lloyd.

Mr Lloyd met the students after their tour and answered questions ranging from “What work do you do?” to “How much would you sell Parliament for?”

He said, “It was great to welcome the young students and their teachers to the House. I have been very determined since I was elected in encouraging all our schools across Eastbourne and Willingdon to send their students up every year. The questions came thick and fast and I was very impressed with all the children.”
