The marriage of Claire Message and Matthew Backler.

CLAIRE Message and Matthew Backler were married at Anvil Hall in Scotland on November 8. The bridesmaids were Sarah Pitcher, Charlotte Backler, Amanda Greenley and Claire Hughes. Rio Pitcher was the flower girl, and Sonny Pitcher was pageboy. David Reed and Kristian Booth shared best man duties. The couple held their reception at the Gables Hotel in Gretna Green and spent their honeymoon in Paris.
