London orchestra to perform at the Congress Theatre
The London Philharmonic Orchestra continues its 2012/13 season at the Congress Theatre in Eastbourne with a concert this month.
The show will include orchestral favourites such as Beethoven’s classical masterpiece, his Third Symphony.
The orchestra’s principal clarinettist Nicholas Carpenter takes to stage to perform Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto, famous for its use on the Out of Africa soundtrack.
Opening the concert is Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture, which is also known as Fingal’s Cave.
The concert is taking place on Sunday January 27 at 3pm.
Tickets cost between £12 - £24, with premium seats at £28. There are season discounts of up to 10 per cent available.
