Eastbourne-based roofing and cladding contractor FRS has decided to give something back to the local community.
In celebration of six years in business by offering to retrieve balls from school gutters free of charge.

The company's director, Steven Downey, said, "It may seem like a minor inconvenience, but balls on roofs can cause serious problems.

"A tennis ball, for example, is the right size to fit in an outlet pipe and that can cause flooding.

"We do a lot of work on school buildings, so we thought it would be a good idea to offer every school in Eastbourne a free ball-clearance service during the forthcoming school holidays."

To take up the offer call FRS on 0845 408 6002.
