Wilson's side took advantage of St Albans City being reduced to ten men with four second half goals to keep the pressure on their East Sussex rivals.
They go into tomorrow nights clash with Eastleigh knowing a victory will put them two points clear at the top of Blue Square south, having played the same number of games as Lewes.
But Wilson wasn't bothered by Lewes' 85th-minute winner against Bishop's Stortford and says his players focus should be on their own results and not of another team.
He said, "I don't really care about what Lewes do. It's about what we do.
"I'm just delighted we've picked up the three points.
"We can't take the focus off and look at anyone else.
"We must just focus on our own game and I'm just delighted to have picked up a tricky three points."
