Garry Wilson heaped praise on Nathan Crabb after his match-winning performance sealed a 6-0 victory against Basingstoke.
Borough demolished thier play-off seeking opponents with a ruthless display of attacking football.
Andy Atkin also shone on the day with two well taken goals and an assist, with Matt Crabb and skipper Paul Armstrong completing the rout.
The comprehensive victory maintains the pressure on Blue Square South league-leaders Lewes who beat lowly Welling United 4-0.
Wilson said, "Nathan gives us something we haven't had up to now. His header for the second goal was brilliant and his all-round play exceptional.
"But I thought we played some superb football at times and our finishing was clinical. We certainly we had that cutting edge."
Wilson spoke of:
>> The continuing promise of Nathan Crabb
>> Three players out injured
>> Andy Atkin's excellent season
>> Lee Hook's few saves
>> Dressing room banter with male model Dominic Douglas
